Pushed a RLucMaxAngleLockout, but the numbers need to be played with. I will do that this Saturday when I can look at the arm and confirm the angles are correct. I have temporary values in the code, but the logic is built out.
Pushing this task to when the new arm is built.
Would be nice to have some sort of calculation that prevents us from hitting the rover with its own arm.
