Broken recompiled LatinIME.apk #735

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Decompile LatinIME.apk from Android Lollipop
2. Recompile it without any changes, sign it.
3. Push to /system.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keyboard doesnt show up anywhere.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apktool2.0 rc_3 on Android 5.0.1

Not much I can go on here. No apk, no stacktrace, no logcat.
