What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure memcached with dtrace enabled on FreeBSD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected successful build.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.4.20

I suspect this is due to using poudriere to build which means its built in a 
jail.

reopen if still happening I guess. sorry. log's gone and I've merged some fixes 
since then.
