can't start memcached in qnap ts-251 #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed in Appcenter qnap
2. open and config memcached
3. memcached can't start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
start success                        start failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
memcached 1.0.3, qnap ts-251 QTS 4.1.2

I don't know what qnap is. It's unrelated to this project so please contact 
them?

"1.0.3" isn't a version of memcached either. Sorry :/
