use getDataDir() for temporary files #26

use getDataDir() for temporary files. Currently it will use /tmp for
incoming file transfers, even when running in portable mode

fixed in svn.

The user can choose between data directory, system temporary directory or 
optional an
arbitrary other path. Default is the data directory (which is the torchat 
directory
in portable mode)
