Default setting not safe #62

Dear Bernd,

Under Settings/Misc/Store temp files inside dir.../
The default selection should be NOT to save any files, instead of saving to the 
system default folder.

PS. The contacts still flicker even if the entire window doesn't any more.

the default is to save them in the data directory which is directly inside the 
torchat folder on a portable installation or when installed in non-portable 
mode the default is in %APPDATA%/torchat or ~/.torchat/ 

the system temp folder is only used when you explicitly change this setting.

Temp files are needed for the file transfer, If I would hold the entire file in 
RAM this would cause other problems and extensive swapping with bigger files 
and I would not have any control over it at all anymore. The current release 
(0.9.9.425) will now properly wipe all files with random data before unlinking 
them.
