Tor functionality #67

Make it simple to change some Tor settings, namely, to choose to run as a 
bridge, or to use a bridge to connect to the network. This has important 
security and access implications for some users. Make it foolproof so the user 
does not inadvertently do something they do not intend to do or do not 
understand. You may want to consider giving the user the choice to run as a 
relay also.

Some sort of 'About Tor' menu item that describes what tor is doing and how 
it's configured. Version being used (programatically determined?), and some 
text on how much storage/bandwidth it's expected to use, if the local node 
is/isn't exposed to the public web, etc
