Feature request - Adding a "keep" button to the receiving file UI #87

I think the UI for receiving files can be enhanced by adding a "keep" button to 
save the file permanently at the folder for the temporary files (as set in the 
configuration).
This will shortcut browsing to the desired folder after pressing save as. 
Instead of using the same folder as for the temporary files, a new folder could 
be set in the configuration, but personally I don't think that is necessary.

Oops, can be (mostly) marked as duplicate of Issue 66. Though I'd like to add 
an option to not automatically save a file to set directory but use a button as 
proposed above.

yes, i have received more suggestions about improvig this UI, some are similar, 
some a bit different but all try to make the receiving files workflow better. I 
will eventually completely rework the file transfer UI but it has low priority 
now. Critical bugs, Mac compatibility and the MUC feature are the most 
important now. 

Once I have all features at least working *somehow* I can start tweaking the UI 
again.
