Hi people.

I'm sorry for using your issue tracker to contacting you, but I've been trying for a while now and I see no other way. Ben, your email on your website doesn't seem to work.(ben_dot_humphreys_at_csiro_dot_au).

I'm a scientific software engineer working on SKA south africa, and we are working on similar software. Is it possible we have a chat about possible combined development effort or just sharing experiences on similar software projects?

I saw a presentation on ADASS about the dfms project, docker, luigi, droplets etc. It all sounds familiar to use and we are working on similar solution.

Hope to hear from you,

Hi Gijs

Ben has actually left astronomy - that's why his email doesn't work :-)

Contributions to SDP are made via organised national consortia. Jasper Horrell is the contact point for SA I think (but Ludwig Schwardt can also point you in the right direction). It's not a standard academic collaboration so you probably want to talk to them first?

Cheers

Anna
