cant dowload resources #486

hi, when trying to download my test modpadk it gets fail on downloading this: http://resources.download.minecraft.net/85/85d7dc5a58797de3b60faf9648262a52bc8c6a00

i tried this via browser and its also not working, any ideas how to fix that?

Either a transient issue or fixed alongside #495
