Small changes in macro/forny_komnr.sas and 1_kontroll_foer_tilrette/1_kontroll_komnr_bydel.sas to make temporary variables of komnr and bydel numeric so that we don't have problem when merging.
In addition, a new macro: sykehusopphold.sas is added as a new version of Episode_of_care.sas.
