  1. launch enso_ex
  2. enable boot animation
  3. restart
  4. install cbs manager
  5. put a custom boot animation in ur0:tai named boot_animation.img
  6. launch cbs manager
  7. enable boot animation
  8. reboot
  9. enjoy the boot loop

Yea you either use enso ex or cbs manager obviously
