Add Euclid and Rubin/LSST broadbands to core resource pack #118

Description This update adds broadband response curves for the planned Euclid VIS, Euclid NIST, and Rubin LSST instruments to the built-in resources in the core resource pack.

Installation To install the new version of the core resource pack, first pull and build the most recent version of SKIRT, then go to the SKIRT/git directory and enter ./downloadResources.sh to begin the download and extraction procedure.

Motivation This addition enables SKIRT to make predictions for observations with these planned instruments.

Tests New functional tests were added.
