This update slightly improves the code and documentation for the scattering peel-off implementation in the various material mixes. The functionality has not changed (at least, that is the intention).
Motivation
It should now be more obvious to the reader that the Stokes vector components other than the intensity do not need to be updated for a "scattering" process that always emits isotopic and unpolarized radiation.
