Description
With this pull request, the NonLTELineGasMix class supports the following new species:
Hydroxyl radical with hyperfine splitted levels, in addition to the previously offered Hydroxyl radical that does not include hyperfine splitted levels.
Molecular hydrogen, with a fixed ratio of ortho to para flavors of 3 to 1.

To support these new species, users must download version 5 of the AtomsMolecules resource pack in addition to building the updated code.
Tests
Existing tests still work without change; two new basic tests were added for the new species.
