Allow negative exponent for ShellGeometry #206

Description The ShellGeometry class implements a spherical density distribution following an exponential law. With this update, the exponent is allowed to assume any value, including negative, positive, and zero.

Motivation Requested in issue https://github.com/SKIRT/SKIRT9/issues/205.

Tests Appropriate functional tests were added.
