Clear unused submodules in .gitmodules

There are many submodules that are used by ANT Classic, but most of them are not used as now.

In .gitmodules file, there are many submodules unused now.

I will clear the submodules.

I cleared and arranged the ANT repository's submodules. I close this issue.
