Compatibility Test #225

Currently, ANT's compatibility test code is used in our research group internally. The compatibility test's rule is to check if the target board is compatible with ANT and ready to run ANT APIs. The test code should be released via this github repository.

We will upload the test code and status README file.

As I added compatibility test to this repository (#226), I close this issue.
