ISSUES ARE NOT TRACKED HERE #70

# To anyone experiencing an issue with Optiboot

It Appears that Optiboot's bugs are actually tracked via Arduino' project's
issue tracked (http://code.google.com/p/arduino/issues).

# To the maintainers of Optiboot

The issues reported here _should be migrated and closed so nobody can see it on
this projects site_.

Not true. Optiboot is a muti-target project. Issues specific to official
Arduino platforms should be submitted via the Arduino project, and will be
duplicated here as needed. Issues that affect other platforms (ATmega1284 has
been active, recently) only need to be submitted here. Also, due to release
and stability issues, the Arduino project should pretty much only get bug
reports, while the optiboot project can get feature requests as well.
And no, there have not been any changes to the Arduino optiboot code since the
major update that was part of 1.0, back in Oct 2011, which brought the Arduino
and Optiboot projects into congruence for the first time in quite a while.
