Support ATmega32 #77

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Arduino user "pito" has added ATmega32 support to optiboot, and it should be
included in the main repository. Perhaps look at ATmega64 as well.

ATmega32 apparently bears a resemblance to ATmega8 similar to the way that
ATmega644 resembles ATmega328; older style of peripherals, but more pins and
memory.

ATmega32 support added. (ATmega64 is more different than I thought.)
