I added some convergence tests

prob_pds_linmod (with out-of-place StaticArrays) and prob_pds_linmod_inplace (in-place with base Arrays)
solutions at the final times as well as intermediate solutions computed using interpolations
MPRK22 with different parameters as well as MPE()
