Experiment with wasm

This isn't a "genuine" issue in a sense that it won't produce a pull request. Rather it's a dump of useful resources related to web assembly. We could try writing some benchmark comparing pure javascript to different languages compiled to wasm. Feel free to edit this if you find something useful.
