Currently the mechanism interpreter simply ignores any explicitly specified reaction order.

Todo:

[ ] Throw an exception on parsing a non-stoichiometric reaction order mechanism as a stop-gap
[ ] Go through the derivations and see if we can reasonably implement this behaviour.
