• Wireless connectivity issues are hard to nail down why it happens. Things you can do to help is to buy a USB 2.0 extension cord and keep the mouse as close to the USB wireless receiver.

Hi guys, I bought v2, and without knowing it I just updated the firmware. The problem I had is that the mouse does not exceed 500hz polling rate even though it is set to 1000hz in the software. Is there any way to downgrade? Or have you had similar problems and resolved them?

@SLAzurin after seeing all this problems in the comments im so afraid to buy one and after some 2-3months will have the same issue coming from a viper mini that i broke after it disconnected in every competitive match ,so i have very bad experience with disconnecting issue DO U RECOMEND THIS MOUSE FOR ME ,and i will probably be lucky ? NOTE: i will buy kysona from aliexpress and i will not have warranty so if its broke i have to buy new mouse !!

@Kamii193 I have not had any issues with wireless when using a usb cord extender, while the receiver is < 3-4ft away, but others here have had issues. Kysona's variant seems to have less issues. I own 2 Attack Shark x3 mice and both are fine. I am hesitant on recommending it, but it's not like theres any other substantially better mouse for the price its at. It has been many months since the mouse launched so I'm hoping there are less issues now.

As a budget alternative, The VXE Dragonfly R1 seems like a decent competitor. I do not own this VXE mouse, but have heard very good things about it. Judging from looking at mice reviews, this VXE mouse would feel like a better buy than the Attack Shark x3 / Kysona m600.

Yes i just watched some reviews about the R1 pro ,they said its the best mouse under 50usd (i found it in AliExpress about 37usd with shipping) So i will probably go for the R1 (arround 30usd) or the R1 pro im not sure if they have the same specs ,if so i will go for the R1 for cheaper alternative

Hello, my m600 suddenly stopped working on sunday and I haven't been able to fix it since them.

It turns on like normal, the dongle is recognized by windows, but the mice is not recognized at all making it impossible to follow as you can see any updates just stay greyed out

Is it dead for good? Would love suggestions on what I could do here.

Are you able to plug the mouse wired to your computer? If it is usable, you can try to re-pair your mouse and dongle.

Edit: When I say re-pair, I meant to pair the wireless dongle with the mouse to see if that works

It is not usable, even while in wired mode.

Sadly, that would mean that the circuit board inside the mouse is no longer functioning at all. No use to try anything else. I'm sorry

Does anybody have issues with the scroll wheel? My X3 seems to bug out where the window will scroll the opposite way for a few wheel detents after changing direction, and clicking the wheel sends a delayed double click.

Like so: I turn the wheel 3 detents forward and the window goes up 3 spans, then scroll 1-2 detents backward but the window still goes 1-2 spans up, then at the 3rd backward detent goes the correct way (down). It keeps behaving like this on any successive scroll reversal, for both directions.

Restarting the mouse makes no difference, but unplugging and replugging the dongle fixes the issue until next time.
