Incorrect Ravenous Anima Cell Power For Deadsoul Scavenger #11

All of the mobs for Mort'Regar are listed as giving Purifier's Flame, but Deadsoul Scavenger actually gives Deadsoul Hound Harness. I haven't checked the others to see if they are correct or not.
