Resize / optimize image sizes: #29

Some images are too small for high resolutions and other elements are too high resolution for their display.

e.g. Molly Malones logo.

I'm using the Molly Malones logo direct from their site/Facebook page (don't remember which, but either way, the asset links directly over there). At some point, I'd like to compile the images with Guetzli, but I'm not sure where it sits around my priorities. Not sure whether to call it an enhancement (as part of optimization) or to stick it in with the cleanup/refactor. Probably the former.
