Compress logo #5

When the user is at the top of the page, the logo should read SHEFFIELD UNIVERSITY GAMING SOCIETY in full. When they've scrolled down, it should read SLUGSOC. Ideally, there should be a smooth transition between the two.

It's a UI fix, but it's proved tacky in the past.
