Adding more examples in Chapter 1 #14

Hi @robertomolinari Could you please add in chapter 1 the examples about saving rate and hydro dataset? A very short description of the data is sufficient and just explain what we can tell from the graph of the "raw" data.

I think we could use the hydro data to show the differences between classical and robust ACF and the other one can be used as an example of latent time series models.

What do you think?
