Run only for known packages #9

Although the logic is not well encoded in the file (see #7), it looks like the intention was that, if not all the packages found in the file are in the API bank, don't do anything:

If would be nice if the program still ran even with a subset of the modules.

Thanks for the suggestion! Will push a fix in the coming weeks. I will leave this just open.
