Setting to default to maximized when opening a galaxy #46

Just a suggestion, since I personally always maximize the window, it'd be nice if there was an option to default to maximized when opening a galaxy or zone.

Should the BCSV editor maximize as well?

Could be its own option, since I personally always maximize the galaxy editor window but I do not maximize the bcsv editor window

If that is requested, I'll do it. I just don't want too many settings (especially unnecessary ones).
