handle extractions being moved to a different project #890

We've had a couple of instances now where an extracted set of files has been requested to be moved to another project for various reasons. It's easy enough to move the files to a different folder, but the extraction metadata and reports in the MongoDB collections won't reflect this.

We can manually record these cases which works well enough, but an enhancement would be to add an option to update the metadata to reflect the move.
