dcmaudit - need a way to turn rectangles on/off, and show NER source

[x] Turn on/off the redaction rectangles, to see the text underneath or to verify if it's a false positive
[ ] Show the source of a redacted rectangle so the user can see if it was due to: OCR, UltrasoundRegion
[ ] Show the PII status of a redacted rectangle so the user can see if it is PII (from NER), not PII (from NER), not PII (from whitelist), not known
[ ] Show rectangles which were not redacted because of a false positive due to being large but few characters (huge font). Currently these are filter out and not reported so cannot be shown in the GUI but if that was changed and they were available but marked as not PII due to bad OCR then they could be shown (just to check that the huge font detection is working correctly).
