Need a suggestion/standard for joining computer club(membership standard) #1

I think joining a club should be selective. We don't want people who screw off in the club. Need to set some standard for joining the club. I need members' suggestions.

Future club members should come with their own programming project planned

We don't need to limit it to programming, but yes they should have some idea of what they want to do when they come to club. As you said William, that includes learning as well, so people can come in here learning about certain things (kind of like how we did nand2tetris). It would be ideal if they can come up with a project afterwards that applies their gained knowledge into an actual product.
