Question duplicated if pressing "submit & done" fastly #101

Depending on the network (on web client), a impatient student can press twice on "Submit & done" before the screen "Done. Please wait for the rest of the students to finish Creating Questions" arrives.

If the question duplicated contains an image, the image will only appear in the first copy. The copy containing the image (the original) can be deleted. original

The copy which does not contain the image cannot be deleted duplicate error

Can you clarify, is there an error deleting the question. You mentioned the question can be deleted, but there appears to be an error in the image above.

Regarding the student, you are suggesting that you were able to click "Submit & Done" multiple times?

Yes. If I try in localhost it's impossible because the server is on same laptop but if I try with a different client, the web app has to use the network to reach the server. Depending on the bandwidth, if the student is impatient, he has enough time to click twice on "submit & done". The bug can be reproduced if you use a picture > 200k
