Redesign student session #3

We need to make sure the student application is able to rejoin the running game session. It is necessary to:

redefine the strategy of uniquely identifying students;
make sure both server and student app stays consistent after connection interruptions.

Some ideas to uniquely identify students:

use some unique number from student's mobile device;
authentication;
bluetooth like pairing strategy.
