Say's unable to open file. Need to use a helper app.

Problem only affects Chrome browser on Android 4.3 +. Wow: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=176703

Please switch to using Firefox, as this issue affects all webkit browsers that I have tried on this Nexus 7 (gen 2).

Leave open for now, as we'll deal with this when a new Chrome version is out.
