IQSet detail view doesn't reset it's model between views. #72

Causes question set list to grow and grow with each view.

Seems this is a problem with IQSet details. I thought I fixed them all, but I think I only fixed on iqsession data, but seems to show up when loading an iqset detail. Each load doubles the number of questions.

Add the necessary removeAll to the View model for the iqset detail.
