Top Scorer area at bottom of screen should show Top Scorer, and some useful information

Current info doesn't make much sense and wastes space:

• Top Scorer (doesn't display results from SMILE Student Web
• Highest Rating is a raw number???? Not an average? What is this number supposed to be?
• The star rating is useless to show

Top Scorer: Name Score: <Name's score> / <out of # of questions> % of Students completed session:

I'm not sure exactly what all we want to show there, but it's wasted space at the moment. Might be good to track how many students completed their work.

Let's go with Top 3 list: (user + score) % of students completed % of students above 70% correct Top 3 rated question: (question # + rating)

The highest rating makes no sense. For example, we've got 8 questions in a session. The value it shows is 27.0. The % correct makes sense as to what it is supposed to show, but for the user in question it shows 0%, which is not accurate. If you cannot figure out the correct values for now, please HIDE Highest Rating and %correct. We shouldn't close this issue yet, but let's fix the output. This is an improvement.
