IQSet Save should include the name of the student who created the question #65

I don't know where NAME_TEMP came from. You should either use "teacher" or preferred, use the real name of the student who authored the question. You have the NAME field in each question I believe to get the author of the question. This is important to fix.

The NAME field is used now.
