Set the final version string for the JAMsj release to 1.0.0 #73

Before we release, set the version to 0.5.0. This will include a change in the about menu to (string.xml).

Let's just bump this to 1.0.0 to match SMILE Student Web UI.

I am going to bump the version to 0.9.0 for now since there is still work going on to wrap up the P1s.
