Tag release 0.9.6 #86

The APK that went into the node smileplug server release 1.0.0 was version 0.9.6. Tag it!

Crud, I think we reset the numbering at some point. I recall that the guys in Brazil had started numbering the app at 1.0.0 and then moved to 2.x something. I reset it.

I don't event remember now exactly what happened. I think when we refactored the directory structure to not use maven, it was easy then to also reset the numbering. Ahhhh, now I remember. The maven POM.xml files were all set up using 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT as the release build numbers, and these got bumped to 2..x.

For going forward we should use a scheme:

< semver > for official releases

and

< semver >- for identifying non-release distributions (possibly we have patched something for internal testing)

and

< semver >- for a release to some specific party or purpose. These won't usually be an official release, since we will remove any 3rd party branding from official releases.
