Given a user is signed-in as Admin
When the Admin user clicks on Admin / Edit Categories in the nav
Then the Edit Category view displays, with the following fields:
*selector for Freelancer, Non-Profit, or Online
*selector for the Categories that have been defined for the selected Resource
Revised Category
Upon field completion, when the user clicks the Update button, any changes entered in the Revised Cagegory field are saved to the selected Category
