Given an authorized user wants to post an Event for a non-profit
When the user clicks on Resources / Events in the nav
AND the user then clicks on Add Event button on the List Events view
Then the Post Event view displays, listing the following input fields:
*Non-Profit Name (dropdown select list if user is Admin)
*Event Name
*Start Date
*End Date
*Time
Description
Submit button
When the user clicks the Submit button the Event is added to the list of Events for the selected Non-Profit
