> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome Extension.
2. Page background and foreground become the same color.
3. Chrome Extension popup dialog is equally unreadable.

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is inverted colors.
Instead, all pages are unreadable.

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome High Contrast Extension Version 0.4 on Goobuntu 12.04
