Update all dictionary references for elements, labels, types, groups #5

MXF defines a large number of labels. Since the document was written, the SMPTE metadata dictionary structure has undergone a number of major changes. This bug highlights the fact that many references to documents like RP224 and RP210 are now out of date and just wrong. To close this bug, a number of tasks need to be created and linked to this bug outlining the documentation solution for ST 377-1 to correctly reference the registers and, if necessary, the defining documents of those registers.

TC 31FS plenary (2022-03) proposal to fix the bugs in the document first and update formatting and register in the future. Silence from the TC when objectors were requested means that this is the plan.
