@raymondyyeungDBL @tbause Looking forward to your input.
Based on a scan of the metadata registers by @dtatut , all class 14 entries delegated to SMPTE are from Dolby Laboratories. The following finding has been communicated to @tbause for further review.
The delegation letters are located in the following Teams Files/SharePoint folders.
Standards Community Patent Statements (ST 429-18:2019) [1] Dolby to SMPTE UL and namespace letter 2019-01-19.pdf
31FS Documents > General > Administration (ST 377-42:202x) [2] Dolby letter to SMPTE release ULs 2021-01-25.pdf
For clarity, after discussion with @raymondyyeungDBL: per https://github.com/SMPTE/ag-18/issues/2#issuecomment-824246107 there are Dolby private ULs in RDD 47 and RDD 56 that might be released at some point -- but that will be handled separately (and delegation letters will need to be issued for these). So, we do not need to consider them here.
BTW, I created #6 since I do not think that the delegated entries used in ST 377-42:202x should be added to AG 18 before they are published.
Following review with @raymondyyeungDBL : The comment above references a letter from Dolby ([1]) in relation to ST 429-18 that lists two Essence Element Keys that are not included in the comment. The letter states that these two Essence Element Keys are also transferred to SMPTE. One of these does not appear in ST 429-18. The other one does but along with: "NOTE: The Immersive Audio Data Element key is not a valid SMPTE UL, is not listed in the SMPTE Metadata Registers, and does not conform to SMPTE ST 379."
These two Essence Element ULs should probably be included in the update to the AG 18 appendix.
Following review with @raymondyyeungDBL : regarding:

Note that RDD 47 ULs will probably no longer be transferred to SMPTE (because it will likely be superseded by a new ST that uses new ULs).
There is no plan to transfer RDD-47 ULs at this time.
RDD-56 ULs have been submitted to 30MR-10 for review. Probably should not be added to AG-18 before they make it into the register.
Why are they listed in AG-18 at all? Perhaps AG-18 Annex D and E should be replaced with a reference to smpte-ra.org and the tables moved to smpte-ra.org.

Can you file this as a separate issue?
At the time AG-18 was written, it was felt that smpte-ra.org was not persistent enough of a resource to capture this essential information.

The RDD-47 ULs are to be submitted for 35PM ST 2067-202 IMF ISXD Plug-in. Please see pre-FCD review package here
TC 35PM Teams Files folder - Documents > General > Working Drafts > 35PM-WD-ST-2067-202-ISXD-2022-05-20(preFCD-review-package).zip
@raymondyyeungDBL and @thomasheritage have just reviewed this issue and the other issues/comments etc it references.
This issue can now be closed because Class 14 entries from:
For all those marked as "handled later" an issue will be created in this repo once the associated Registers Submission has become "accepted"
