Link to Project Statement (AG-06): An upload button for the project statement would be preferred, or at least an option to browse for files.

In a future version we will have a type of file browser that is linked to the Sharepoint folder where the AG-06 forms must be placed. The document must be present in that folder before a project can then be created.
