Add constraint on authorized contentKind for DCDM characteristics #19

DCDM characteristics IMP are intended to be transformed in DCP. Therefore, the contentKind field need to be mappable in the output DCP.

Proposed wording

Add normative reference to SMPTE ST 429-7:2006 and SMPTE ST 429-16:2014 (if not already done per issue #15 )

Add follwowing paragraph to 7.3

For compositions conforming to DCDM characteristics, the contentKind scope attribute should be present and should use one of the following values :

  • the default value URI for ContentKind, as specified in SMPTE ST 429-7:2006 (http://www.smptera.org/schemas/429-7/2006/CPL#standard-content)
    • the default value URI for ContentKind, as specified in SMPTE ST 429-16:2014 (http://www.smptera.org/schemas/429-16/2014/CPL-Metadata#scope/content-kind)

The value of the ContentKind itself shall be one of the values authorized by the scope.
