Pixel color schemes per OPL

Add optional pixel color schemes for the App 6 specific colorimetry, bit-depth, components and signal range combinations. There are 32 combinations to cover:

(10, 12 bit) x (RGB, YCbCr) x COLOR.APP6.[1-4] x (narrow, full ranges)

Naming convention: Colorimetry-Range-Component-BitDepth

Notes:

• VideoDataRange per ITU-R BT.709 / 2020/ 2100 / etc is used for "narrow range" coding.
• VideoDataRange is designed to protect "narrow range" signal values per EBU R103.
• Full-range YCbCr might not be useful, so might be removed.
• The colorimetry names of "APP6LogS3", "APP6LogV", "APP6LogC2", "APP6LogC3" can be modified base on the proponents' preferences.
• This naming convention facilitates automated parsing by existing implementations.
• Proponents are welcome to experimentation on more efficient constructs for this specification.
