Unsure about whether or not MainSound, channel, and/or soundfield should be in code font, all caps, etc.

It is a bit confusing:

5.4.2.10: channel, CHANNEL
5.4.2.10, 5.4.2.11: MainSound, MAINSOUND, and MainSound as used inMainSoundConfiguration
5.4.2.10: soundfield, SOUNDFIELD
